In celebration of Pokémon’s 25th anniversary, we worked with director Jason Zada on the Art direction of this new kind of musical experience. Our 13-minute medley takes Post Malone through 7 original environments featuring a plethora of Pokémon and fireworks. We recorded Post Malone using motion capture and created a 3D avatar to render his performance into a virtual gig. The computer-generated concert evolved from concept to concert in 8 months in the safe hands of an international team of fans. The show kicked off a year of Pokémon musical events with 10+ million fans watching on YouTube and Twitch.
